online appointment

I am searching for an appointment for the week commencing 15th feb but i am always getting "There are currently no appointments available, please try again"

can some one help me when i actually need to search for appointments i.e. best timings.
I am really searching more than 100times daily in different timings.but every time i am getting no appointments.are they really posting appoints on the site am really frustrated.will get the appointment by any chance.i have called them up but they replied saying they have cancelled booking on phone.

i tried to book it online around late october & early november, but it was never available, so i gave up and applied via post.
seriously, they are always booked. either you need to check it every second, or just don't wait and apply via post.
