Question about extending tier 1 general visa

Question about extending tier 1 general visa

Hi,

I had my tier 1 general visa issued on exactly 6th april 2010, valid till 2013. Due to the fact that my visa is 3 years long, i assume I got it granted based on the old rules. Question is, in the future if I apply for extension, shall I apply using the policies before 6th apr 2010 or the policies started from 6th apr??

can anyone help? Many Thanks!

No one can give you a clear answer now. It is said that the UKBA will annouce the transitional arrangements early 2011. So let's just wait and see. If it's not satifactory, I believe lots of people here will work together for justice.
