Post by Mr Banton » Sat Jan 08, 2011 1:40 am

thanks guys for the information you provide on this forum, i am still new hopefully you can help me. I have been in the uk unlawfully since march 1996 now i am trying to apply for an indefinite leave to remain based on the 14yr unlwaful residence, the problem is my passport was damaged resulting in loosing the page that was stamped with the date and reference number from the home office. Obviously as a supporting document my passport hasnt got that, so what other document can be used to support my claim, i will be very greatful if anyone can help me

many thanks in advance
