TN Status & Diversity Visa

Hi,
I am Canadian on TN Status in the US. I got selected for the Diversity Visa 2007. Few questions:

* If the new immigration bill is passed, would that mean the results of the DV-2007 will be voided?
* Is is possible to apply for AOS?
* Which is better CP or AOS?
* Is it possible to re-apply for TN status while the application (CP or AOS) is pending?
