hi everybody,
I'm trying to draft letter to home office explain to them my new situation after divorce and my right to reside in UK,but my English is not that good,if any one can help i will appreciate,the letter is mixed of what i fund in this forum
Notification of a change in circumstance following Divorce
Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to update you of my status as required in the letter attached to The residence card issued by you,the letter stated that if my situation even changed, I'd need to notify the Home Office and sadly the time has come to notify you that I am divorced with my wife regard to cause made on date-/-/- .
please note that under both the immigration (European Economic Area ) Regulation 2006 and directive 2004/38,I satisfy the condition laid therein in order to reside in UK of my own right,since we have been married 3 years and half and we lived all these years here in UK,my ex wife was exercising her treaty right all the period of marriage and also I am worker and i am able to support my self without public funding.
