Rumors about PSW

I just got my PSW, I applied it from my country. I heard some rumor that I need to stay in my country more than 3 months before returning to the UK. Otherwise, I won't be allowed back in the UK even though I got the PSW visa? Is that true. I know it's stupid, but just want to make sure.

your visa is valid between the dates specified on your visa. u can enter uk anytime you want between those dates
