You need to contact LSBF and tell them all the situation. Get a letter from LSBF which clearify that its not a TWO course enrollement. Its a ACCA course enrollement and after passing F1 to F9, you again need to register for Masters and just need to submit some project work/dissertation and as per policy of University of Wales you will be eligible for Master degree on the basis of ACCA skills level + dissertation.
After getting that letter, apply for administration review at BHC and attach that letter. You can do it yourself if you can explain these things clearly in a letter but LSBF own letter will be a plus.
