Dear all,

I obtained my ILR after 5 years on work permint on 15th March 2010 - In this case i applied 28 days before completing 5 years.

Does the same principle applies for form AN? :D - i.e. My 12 months on ILR would complete on 15th MArch 2011.

can i apply 28 days prior to this date for naturalisation- i.e. on 17th Feb or very soon after that? 8) :?:

Please advise. :idea:

You can not apply 28days before as this rule is not applied here. You need to complete your minimum residency period before qualifying.
