Entry Clearance for Mother

Post by tang » Mon Jan 10, 2011 11:33 pm

My partner is Belgian and I am South African. I am in the UK on an EEA2 visa.

I am submitting my mother's Entry Clearance Application. Myself and my partner are in the UK and my mother is in South Africa. My mother is South African.

My question is: what documentation will my mother need to take to the British embassy in South Africa to get her Entry Clearance. I will be submitting the Entry Clearance application online on her behalf.

Thank you in advance for any advice and information provided.

Which category is she applying for?

Good question :) I only believed there was one category - a 6 month entry clearance.

Could you explain the different categories for EEA family reunification?

Thank you. I used the wrong language to explain what we need. :-)

I'll be making an application for an EEA Familt Permit for my mother.
