Applicant = dependent.

Dependants' maintenance wrote:If the main Tier 1 (General) applicant or migrant has been in the UK for less than 12 months, you must show that you or they have at least £1,600 to support you, in addition to the funds needed to support them.
If the main applicant or migrant has been in the UK for 12 months or more, you or they must have at least £533 to support you.
Parents sign such docs on the behalf of their kids. I think it's also mentioned in policy guideline. Any one parent can sign for kid. You both can sign for your satisfaction.Cammrc wrote:please comment, I am still waiting for advice...Cammrc wrote:Thanks, finally there are response, yes, I understand applicant=dependant, but my son is only 12, surely I shouldn't put his name as applicant to give consent for verificatio check from bank, he doesn't has any bank details?vinny wrote:Main applicant = Tier 1 holder.
