SET(O) from Tier 1 (General) - Dependant less than 2 years

Hi,

I entered the UK on Work Permit on 13-Mar-2006.
Work Permit : Mar-2006 to Jul-2007
HSMP : Jul-2007 to Jul-2009
Tier1 (General) : Jul-2009 to Jul-2012

I'm eligible for ILR on 13-Mar-2011. I plan to apply on Mid Feb 2011. I got married in Mar-2010 and my wife joined me in the UK in Jun-2010. She has permission to stay till to Jul-2012.

My queries are

1. Can my wife apply with me in the SET(O) form as my dependant? If not,
2. Does she have to apply as my dependant in FLR(M) form after my ILR application? OR
3. Can she directly apply for SET(M) form for ILR after 2 years (in Jun 2012)?
