post study visa - New passport and different surname

post study visa - New passport and different surname

my new passport is with my husbands surname but my uk student visa taken last year is with my maiden name on my expired old passport .I now have to apply for the post study visa from India. My query is now since my new passport is with my changed name, what documents I will need to have to apply for this visa.

Also the Bank statements and degree are with maiden name.
Producing both the Passports can solve the problem?
