Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i got the indefinite leave to remain in uk last month. But my daughter and my wife, still now both of them were in my previous immigration status, that was post study work dependent visa status.Their visa will be expaire next march.But my daughter born in this country in 2007.can you tell me please, will my daughter eligible for registration for uk citizenship now.

Your wife should switch to FLR(M) now, subject to the English test requirement.

Thanx for response, can you tell me which application form to use for my daughter of the registration for UK citizenship pls , and my wife has been living in Uk since 2006. They need english test for FLR(M).

MN1 application form, In the section 1.3 asked about the date granted the ILR
of daughter, but daughter immigration status is post study dependent visa.But i got the ILR last month.can you tell what shall i put of this box and 1.1 section pls.

Child's ILE/ILR is not required for registration under section 1(3).

My wife went to her country for holiday with my daughter. But I got ILR last November. My wife and daughter still have previous immigration status( post study work dependent visa). When they will back in uk, any problem of the immigration. Their visa until last of march 2011.
