Delay in Tier 2 Dependant visa

I am currently in Uk on tier 2 general visa, since 9 months.
My wife had applied for Tier 2 dependant visa on Dec 10 2010 from
Bangalore VFS office. The status is still under PROCESSING.
It is more than a month now.

Is there any way to followup this with the British embassy.
Any phone number or email ID would be of great help.
