i already had refuse my application EEA2 and the notice was my europ wife not qualify and made appeal aalready
does anyone know whould i ask lawyer now or its already late?

What was the reason for your refusal, and how is your wife exercising treaty rights in the UK. Without those information, it will be diffoicult to assist.
