Tier 1 Dependant visa

Post by expertbuddy » Thu Jan 13, 2011 4:24 pm

Hi,

I got my Tier 1 visa on January 6th and valid from february 18 2011. I have few queries on applying for dependant visa.

1. Can i apply for my dependant visa before my visa valid date?
2. I have specified 'No' for is any of your dependants accompanying along with you before 12 months after getting into UK. Is applying now for dependant visa would be problem now?
3. I have 2800 pounds in my account and 1800 pounds in my wife accounts. Is that fine to show money in different bank account? or it needs to be on single account?

Please could you clarify the above points ....

Thanks

1. Yes.
2. Shouldn't be a problem.
3. Using multiple bank accounts is allowed, subject to conditions specified in the policy guidance being met.
