naturalisation after retention of rights

hi everyone,
please can someone help me here:
married to eea in may 2003
granted RC in sept 2006
divorced in june 2010
applied for retention of rights in aug 2010
granted pr on the 15 dec 2010
my question is this when can i apply for bc?
