I am trying to picture what this is? Is it a proper form? If so does the form have a name? FLR(M)? SET(M)? Or what? It would be helpful to know?

If indeed it is a questionnaire, can you give us some clue as to the sort of questions it is asking?

on the front it said that he falls under the family excise and it also said about children coming here before october 2000 fall under it the questions were have u any criminal convictions and list all dependants that came here before october 2003 and how they came here i dont understand because they were born here he has 10 days 2 reply and they say he will get a decision by 30 june 2006 but how does this apply 2 us when they were born here? :?

Me thinks ur husband falls under the family amnesty scheme.

This was given to asylum seekers who applied for asylum before Dec 2000 (I think- not sure about the correct date), & subsequently either wne on to have children or had children when they applied. This usually means he'll be granted ILR as he has since had children since his asylum claim.

If I'm wrong with this, then I'm sure someone will be around to correct me. :?

Thandia, that makes total sense!

Click here for much more information on this subject.

Scarlett, the child you mention born in 2003, born before 24th October 2003?

If you are covered by this ... looks good for you and your family!
