Hi,

lot of threads making me confuse over maintainenc fund, i got my tier1 visa on nov 2008 before that i was on work permit . i left uk on july 31 2009 and reurn back to uk on october 2010 and applied dependent visa to my wife on 31st dec policy guide say if i am staying below 12 months i need to show 1600 for dependent and 800 for my self and i can see some rejections if fund maintained in the above fashon,senior memebers please calrify my doubt,i am yet to recieve visa but this confusion making me sleep less
