Working more than 20 Hours ?

Hi everyone,
i had got visa in[/b] UK as a student and then i applied to renew it but it refused cs of my pay slips.i worked in strbcks ,20 hours shift.but starbuck computer system counts how many minutes you work so some of week i seemed i worked more than 20 hours like 21.14-20,19 (23.2max ) becouse of that minute system.. but generally they were less than 20 hours.
My LR was refused cz i worked more than 20 hours.now im in my country and i want to apply for T4 again for busnss englsh. do i have any chance to get visa? or it ll be refused again?

it doesn't matter if you generally worked 20 hours or less a week. You cannot work more than 20 hours in any one week except during holidays/at the end of your course.

when did you leave the UK? did you leave voluntarily and pay for your ticket home?

i left UK voluntarily i paid my ticket and it was aobut 1.5 year ago..

You shouldn't be subject to a mandatory ban under 320(7B) as you left the UK voluntarily at your own expense over a year ago but if there were other aggravating factors then you could be refused under 320(11). Your application will be heavily scrutinised because of your previous breach.
