UTR Tax Reference Number (HM revenue)

Hi.

i am running a LTD company registered on my name from last 6 months.
now i want to apply for Tier 1 general visa so can anyone please tell me if i need UTR tax reference number from HM Revenues.

please reply as soon as possible.
