Evidence for expected salary

I work in IT and I was wondering what evidence is suitable for the expected salary portion of the HSMP application form. Are print outs from online agencies ok?

You need two forms of evidences

A. Payslips
B. Tax Returns

I would also include the bank statements for that period if I were you. Print outs are a bit dogdy, you should have them attested by your company.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I think my first post may have been a bit ambiguous.

I have the evidence for past earnings. Original bank statements, stamped payslips from my company, and tax form (IRP5). That should be all I need there? Please correct me if Im wrong.

Im talking about the evidence of expected salary for section 2 of the form. Im basically just curious about the evidence required for questions 11, 12 and 13 of the Under 28 form.
