URGENT - Help Regarding PSW Form Fill-Up

Hi Everyone,

If you could please help me with these questions, I would be grateful!

These are the forms:

1) http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/resources/en/ ... 03073/vaf9

For FORM 1:

a) Date You Wish To Travel to the UK - Should I give the date around two weeks from now (say February 7) so that they speed up the process?

b) PASSPORT ISSUING AUTHORITY - This is, I suppose, our Indian government?

c) MOTHER'S FAMILY NAME - Does this refer to her surname before she got married?

d) In PART 6, 6.2 and 6.4 should appear the same, right? Like travelled to the UK for study purpose and that is why I applied for the visa in the last 10 years?

e) In PART 7, can I use that space as my 'covering letter', to write stuff like say I have given some extra photos just in case, bank statements and bank passbook some extra photo copies and stuff like that?

For FORM 2:

a) I do not have to show any proof of occupation for 1.3, right? And I can include my job if even it were as recent as two years ago?

b) The address of my personal tutor - it should be the address of the Uni?

c) For Part 3, the PSW proof letter that the Uni gave is the one that I have to show? Or do I have to ask the Uni to give me a separate letter for that?

d) For Maintenance, in Indian currency 1 pound should be taken as Rs. 75?

thats not how it works! just give sensible date

b) PASSPORT ISSUING AUTHORITY - This is, I suppose, our Indian government?
name/location/address of the centre that issued you passport, i would imagine

c) MOTHER'S FAMILY NAME - Does this refer to her surname before she got married?
im not authority on the subject but if she officially changed her name, after getting married. than thats her family name

d) In PART 6, 6.2 and 6.4 should appear the same, right? Like travelled to the UK for study purpose and that is why I applied for the visa in the last 10 years?
