Kenyan Passport Expiry

Hi my wife is a british citizen by naturalisation.
My kids and i are on our second set of discretionary leave for a further 3 years which will complete a total of 6 years of DL in 2013.

We applied on the basis of my wife being a british citizen i think it was article 8.

We are kenyans and my kids passports and mine are expiring on Nov this year.

My question is can we renew or apply for new kenyan passports at the high comission here.

Any adivce will be appreciated
