hsmp-work permit

Hi all,

I am in a 6 months work permit and i want to switch to hsmp

I lack some points i just become 28 years of age on march and i have 7+ years of experience in it industry and my salary is 6.3 lacs for the last 8 months and 4.25 before that. I am on the edge of the salary mark,so my points for salary is questionable and i have a B.E from madras university, i am single and do i qualify for hsmp and i also had a company in india and which made some revenue and i was workin in another company at that time. I am in uk with a small company whcih has claimed work permit forme and i get only allowance and i suspect my employer has shown some false documents of mine(like i have worked in his company for the last 6 months) to get this, now if i apply with the original documents will the home office check my exisiting information which they have gave work permit for me? kindly help me i am in a total confusion. is there any way to get points in signification achievements,kindly let me know about this asap.
