ive hear recently that u wont have to go to the registry office in order 2 register ur marriage? is it true? my friend was saying that they will implement it starting from February. IS IT TRUE THU?>

You still have to register your marriage with the registrar.

I think you are thinking of COA (Certificate of Approval that an immigrant has to apply for from UKBA). I heard somewhere that they are getting rid of that too but I don't know when or any other info, sorry.
