Biometrics query. Help pleaase!

Hello there,

I booked the appointment for biometrics for monday 31st.
The trouble is I havent received the letter which says: ' YOU MUST BRING THIS LETTER WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT'.
I have the BRN (booking refference number) and CRN Case Refference Number.
I booked the appointment on thursday 27th on the phone.
My Tier2 application is a mess and now this.

Do not know what to do. Any Ideas.

what pushed you to book your appointment for mon 31st?

why did you not wait for the letter?

i understand you want to get over with ASAP but that ws a mistake on your part!

It wasn't a big mistake.
Just finished the biometrics without the letter. All they need are the reference numbers.

can you explain to us what exactly happen on the day u went to get ur biometric done?
i have mine on friday and not sure what to expect. do i need a form of ID?
