Student Spouse Visa Guidance

Currently i am in tier4 general student and planing for wedding in november 2011. I am studying in higly trusted institution and my education will be completing app in 2013-14.

I was just wondering if some one can help me out that how i can apply for my spouse visa as i am going for wedding in november abroad.

i want her to come but she will not be working here and my and her family both will be sponsoring during my stay in uk.

Could any one let me know how i can apply and when i can apply for visa process.
can i apply here or in back country where my spouse is currently reside.

is it possible that if some one can send me guidance notes and form and the process through email.
