I have both employer payslips, employer letter from full time employer and bank statements.

In a similar situation to yourself. You will need the payslips and corresponding bank statements for both your full time and part time jobs for the entire period you are claiming for.

Thanks for your quick reply.
Do I need a letter from part time employer? If need, can you please provide a format.

Thanks

Well if you have payslips for the part time employer you dont need a letter otherwise you will. Format I dont really know although if you stick to the guidance document format for " Letter from employers" should suffice.

According to home office, you need to send atleast two supporting document for each income source.
So for part-time employment, two supporting documents can be:
1. Bank statement
2. Letter of contract.

Dont forget to read section 'If you are submitting self-employed earnings'

Goodluck!
