Premium Service

Post by samela » Wed Jan 26, 2011 5:12 pm

Hi all

I am thinking of applying under unmarried partners visa and looking for premium service. I was wondering is it possible for me to arrange a lawyer to go and represent me if I am not physical present in UKBA office? As I just started a new job and is very important that I dont take any days off if i want to get permanent.

Thank you

samela

you need to attend the appointment. Normally your partner should attend but if he can't he should provide a letter confirming he supports your application.

See the links below

If you are applying for settlement:

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/settl ... ormset(m)/

If you are applying for further leave to remain:

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/partn ... inside-uk/

If you don't want to attend the appointment why don't you apply by post?

I also found this on UKBA website

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/conta ... n/sameday/

it actually says FLR(M) can be application can be submitted by legel representative but do not say anything about biometric tests. any one have any Idea how UKBA does biometric for application via legel representatives?

thank you
