Hi

I received my tier 1 psw on 20/01/2011. I registered limited company last tuesday and open business account as well. I have started receiving contract from other companies.

I just want to know if i show 35k within 2 months time (february and march) and apply for tier 1 general is Home office going to object on it?

If you can provide documentary evidence of having earned 35K in 2 months, UKBA cannot refuse your application if the earnings are real and evidence(s) genuine.

This said, be prepared for a thorough verification of your claims / evidences.

yes, i am thinking to send all transactions invoice because so far i received transaction from companies through online banking.

everything will be genuine inshAllah.

Hi ,

In 2 months 35K is pretty huge amount and home office will go really deep in your case . In first place , they will say you are playing the system but if your documents are really ok! than no worries but be prepared for long wait ( due to inquiry) ....

Please sure to send contract letter or evidence of contract, they are going to check with your contractor if they found anything suspicions.

if u have limited compnay and u are the only director of ur compnay and u got 100% shares documents u need are
1.dividend vouchers
2.current bank statment
3.accountant letter

Note: Remeber keep transfering money from ur business account to current account it better that current account should be same in which u are maintaing ur maintaince fund as it make easier for case work
