Hi All,

My wife is going to apply for ILR in March end.
I am on Work Permit in Jersey (Channel Islands)

I tried to apply for dependent visa before but according to Law I am already in UK so I could not apply from Jersey and asked to apply from my home Country. the idea I gave up.

Now I am thinking to apply for spouse visa (FLR (M)).

I have 2 queries
1. Can I apply in person and switch my Jersey work permit into Spouse visa?
2. My Indian Marriage Certificate is OK, we got married before I came to UK?
