ILR but wife still on old visa

Post by litu1 » Thu Feb 03, 2011 12:57 am

Dear moderators and gurus.
Recently I have got ILR but my wife still on student dependent visa, she needs to travel back home. Will it be a problem at the air port immigration when she will be coming back to UK with her old visa ?

your response will be highly appreciated.

She should switch as soon as possible, because her two-year probationary period for settlement will start after the grant of FLR(M). English test required.

She may be refused entry into the UK because of change of circumstances (321A).
