hi can any one help my wife is applying for ilr soon
i am british have 3 sons by my wife
iclaim esa income based
dla
houseing benefit
council tax benefit
child tax credits together
and child benefit
will this affect her ilr thanks

If you are British you are entitled to these benefits and will have no effect on your wife's ILR

thanks for that as iam very concernd and worryed my wife will not
pass ilr as i have 3 children by my wife youngest 3 months thanks again
