ILR legal action demandant needed

Folks,

While seeking donations we are also looking for a best suitable demandant to go to the court. Ideally, it is a HSMP visa holder to be qualified soon after 3 Apr 06 according to the old rule. It is even better if you have contacted IND after the change and got email or anything in writing to confirms you that "current visa holders are not affected" or etc... many of you did receive that...

If you are one of them and willing to stand with us, could you please let us know? Or if you know anyone who is in such a position... we are sorting the finance and everything else could be of help!
