Kia Ora. Am a Kiwi living in Scotland under the HSMP. Grateful for any assistance with the following query:

1. Does anyone know if Gibraltar is covered by the HSMP (in terms of entitlement to reside and work there as an HSMP visa holder)?

2. Similarly, does time spent in Gibraltar count towards the 5 years of continuous residence required for British (or Gibraltan) naturalisation? (presumably yes if the answer to the first question is yes)
