Tier-2 ICT Documents Clarification

Post by Jaya_tier2 » Fri Feb 04, 2011 4:17 pm

I am applying for UK Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer visa sponsored by my employer. My employer is an A-Rated employer and will be providing me all necessary documents for my sponsorship and maintenance for first month in UK.
Do I still need to provide my salary slips and Bank Statement?
If yes, What is the minimum salary that you should be drawing in India? And what do they look for in your bank statement?
Please suggest.

The form mentions 12 month payslips, please see the below links very carefully
Policy Guidance (Section 4)

Normally use 12 Month Payslips and cross reference to the amount paid to your salaried account over the 12 months.

As far as I am aware there is no limit to the salary you earn in India, however your company should know the limits for the role they have offered you in their company in UK.

Good Luck
