Tier -1 general (extension application)

Hello,

Minor doubt.

In my initial tier 1- general application ,done under the rules in place before 31 st march 2009, i claimed 40000 or more salary and got 45 points.

is it fine if i claim 35000 earning and claim 40 points now when i apply for the extension application? With 40 points from earning i will qualify for the 75 required points .

Is there any criterion which says your earning should be same ?

No there is no such criteria but might come from april 2011 so better apply before that..
