Tier 1 PaySlip query

Hi frnds,

Apart from NI number, employee code, bank statement do we need to have our full name as mandatory in our pay slips for applying tier 1 visa?

bcoz i am getting just my initials in my payslips. but whatever i am earning and mentioned in the pay slips is being reflected in bank statement, and my banks statement does contain my full name. i am wondering whether there will be any issues in my application just for this initials in pay slips.

please advise.
