TCF and IELTS

Do i need to submit both TCF ( french ) and IELTS test for quebec and canada visa application ? Or only 1 is enough

If you want points for both languages, then you would need to take both exams. I think it is TEF you need to take for French, but you may want to verify that with either CIC or Quebec (whichever programme you apply for).
