Cant help you much nor can i contribute really but, if you are open to it, extend your profile to seek for roles within Services....there are a lot of part time/temp/perm roles at the tills, servers, waiters, guards etc...I am not making mockery of things but many students get into such roles and if it helps, then even a part time job in Services can help you ride the tide until you get a role that you prefer working in
