Hello there,

Does anyone know or have a sample letter that they submitted for the Authorezation to join to Family application explaining the reason why they want to join to family and why authorization should be granted? I have not any idea how to write it, how to word it even.

Thank you
harry

Thanks batleykhan,it was useful.
Could you please advise with another question.
At present time I have 3 months Bank statements as evidence of my financial position. Would this be enough to apply for Dependent visa?
Would very much appreciate.
Thank you

Hi!

I am back. Can you help me again? I have read loads of useful information about Dependent visa and have some questions .
1.What is meant by "the most exceptional compassionate circumstances"? Could you please name at least a few of them?
2.Do you know if its 21 and under to pay fee of 1.680,00?
Looking forward for your valuable advice.

Thank you so much

I am still a bit confused, are you applying for a dependant visa for your son who is living outside the UK and he is over 21?

You are married to a Uk citizen and currently living in the UK . Is that right?

Is it you sponsoring your own child or is it your husband who wants to sponsor your child?

The query has been answered here.

With regards to your query on EEA family permit, please state your nationality and current immigration status? Has your British citizen husband worked (employed / self-employed) in an EEA country?

And, please do't make multiple posts on the same topic.

regards
