Help needed Regarding re-entry into UK

Dear Friends,

I need your advise regarding re-entry into UK.

I worked for over 2 years in UK and then got a 3 year extension (tier 1 visa) till Aug 2012. So,I have a valid Tier1 UK visa till Aug 2012.

But 9 months back , I came out of UK to do Management studies in India and have not visited Uk since then.

Now I intend to visit UK to look for internship opportunities in UK and then do the internship in UK.

Could there be any issue with immigration at airport ?

can't see any issue as you have a valid visa. but ILR may be a problem as you can only stay out of UK for 2 months max so you will have to apply for another extension.

Thanks for you response. I understand that i will have issues with ILR and extension is the only solution i have got.

So related issue is that I plan to work in UK after finishing my MBA. My work will start around march 2012. I will have 5-6 months till my visa expire in aug 2012. I may not be able to fulfill the 12 month income/salary criteria since i worked for 5-6 months only. Is there a way out ? Will it be possible to use my previous earnings in UK (Since I was studying during the gap b/w my earnings)

I know its getting complicted for me
