Hi,

I am switching from psw to tier2, my psw visa expire in august 2011 and my wife depedent visa also expire in august 2011,

i am planing to apply in june, my question is if i submit my wife passport here with my tier2 application while she is in back home, will that be acceptable by homeoffice. also we are expecting baby while she is in backhome so can i also mention in the application expected baby dependent.

or

do i have to apply for the depedents from back home

im not sure you can do that!!!! highly illegal, atleast in some countries, if not all....

and how would she give her biometrics if she isn't here in uk herself???

i never heard that one before...just a bit amazed thats all
