Need Emergency Tier 4 visa

Post by netra1s » Mon Feb 07, 2011 12:28 am

Dear Friends,
I need some information urgently. I have applied for Tier 4 visa extension on 29th of January 2011. On 2nd of Febrauray I got a news saying that my father is not feeling well and is in ICU. I want to go to my country and I dont have my passport.
I dont want to apply for return of documents as I want to continue my studies here(I have paid the fee)
Can I apply for premium service.
Please note that my visa is epired on Jan 30th 2011

No.
Options:

1. Send a request for urgent treatment, given the circumstances, with evidence of father's medical condition and hope/pray that UKBA entertains your request (subject to UKBA's discretion).
2. Wait for the application to be decided upon. No one can tell you how long it might take.

No way at all!

Its better to pray for your father's health rather then praying that UKBA will entertain your request. If you request UKBA to expedite, they will delay it more and always suggest you to withdraw the application if you disclose any emergency.

May be its time to choose ONE either from:

Meeting with your father
OR
Study in UK

God bless you!

its a very difficult situation...

just keep in mind why your parents sent you to study here in UK in first place and do not make any rash decision.

hope everything works out in your favour

all the best
