Documents to prove dependent relationship

What sorts of documents will be useful in case of un-married couple?
We don't have joint bank account, mortgage etc. In the rental agreement both our names are on it but only me signed it.
My friends told me things like pictures, emails will do.
Can somebody gives some ideas?

In that case, the change must be done from outside the UK and requires an entry clearance as dependant of a PBS migrant, as you do not fulfil 319C(h).

That means there's no way for me to switch to Tier 1 dependent from work permit within the UK?
