I am on student visa in london from dec 2009 and doing ACCA from London College and can i apply for HSMP if i am still on job which was in pakistan and i am still getting salary from my employer for this i have a evidence of salary slips and bank statement as well in which is clearly showing my salary transfer from my employer account and tax return as well kindly give me an advice because as you know HSMP will close in April

hsmp has been closed for ages....

tier 2 will get even harder for out-of-country applicants from April 2011

Its called Tier 1 general now.Please do some research before asking something.

Yes If you meet all the criteria of Tier1 general and you have strong evidence to prove it you can try for it BUT before and until or before 5 April.

Also what type of job you are doing in Pakistan, while you are physically present and studying in Uk.
