Job on the shortage occupation list
Salary OK
Yes I know that everything is waiting on 31st March for changes

But. . .
Thinking ahead, Visa and COS run out in August, last year employer couldnt get SMS to allow them to create new COS before old one expired so had to leave UK and reapply with new COS but UKBA site says:
SMS lets you make an annual allocation request at any time in the three months before the expiry date.
A rated sponsor, only one COS.

Does anyone have experience of sponsor successfully creating new COS in the 3 month window? I want to be able to extend my Tier 2 from within the UK for obvious reasons
