Expected date of travel

The current status of my application is Processed Application returned to AC. In the section where I was required to give the date of travel I wrote 15 March 2011. I have few questions here:
1) I applied on 03/02/2011 and processing took less than ten working days, the status is not still " Ready to Collect". The processing timer was fairly short. Does this have implication? Is it successful?

2) If it is successful, the validity will start from 15/03/2011?
