Hello

I want to apply Tier1 G dependent Visa for my wife+3 kids.I have all the other documents requested by Policy guidance.I just want to know about marriage subsisting proof.

Can any body tell me what documents I need to provide with my Dependants application that the marriage is subsisting.

Will phone history, money sending receipts and some wish cards be enough?
Also I am visiting them every year in my home country from last 4 years.

I did apply their visa when I was a student here in 2008 but that was refused because the ECO was not satisfied from my tenancy contract(accommodation).

I don,t want to take any risk this time please guide me what document to submit in relation to marriage is subsisting.
